Terms of Service

Effective August 16, 2026. These draft product terms require qualified legal review before broad commercial launch.

Service

Revenue Rescue provides software-assisted revenue intelligence, workflow preparation, integrations, approvals, and governed automation. The service does not guarantee that an identified opportunity will be collectible or that a recovery action will produce revenue.

Authorized use

You must connect only business systems and communication accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of business data, customer contact permissions, applicable contracts, and the legality of messages or collection activity performed for your organization.

Automation controls

Autonomy levels, approvals, subscription entitlements, provider permissions, and safety policies may limit actions. Revenue Rescue may block or quarantine actions when delivery or compliance status is uncertain.

Regulated activity

Debt collection, legal escalation, consumer communications, financial services, and success-fee arrangements can be regulated differently by jurisdiction. Revenue Rescue does not provide legal advice and does not enable unrestricted legal or collection escalation by default.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout until changed or cancelled through the available billing controls. Provider fees and third-party service charges are separate unless explicitly stated.

Availability and changes

The service may change as integrations, provider APIs, regulations, and product capabilities evolve. Production service-level commitments apply only if explicitly agreed in writing.

Contact

Legal entity name, registered address, support contact, refund terms, governing law, and dispute terms must be finalized before public commercial launch.
